  • ALL GOOD Premium C8 MCT oil, 500 ml

Premium medium chain triglyceride sources from coconut.
Neutral taste. Add it in coffee, tea, smoothies, shakes, yoghurt, chia pudding, chocolate sauce, desserts, sauces, dressings, salads and on top of cooked meals.

  • Organic almond flour, 450 g

Flour made from 100% organic almonds. Use it to replace wheat flour in low carb cake, bread, pancakes, and other desserts & baked goods.

  • Keto sweetener (erythritol with stevia), 500 g

A sugar alternative made from erythritol and stevia. It has a sweetness of about 70% compared to regular sugar.

  • Organic extra virgin coconut oil, 500 ml

Cold-pressed coconut oil. Use it to bake and pan-fry, in smoothies and breakfast recipes, and in desserts.

  • Organic pumpkin seeds, 400 g

Use them in breakfast recipes, smoothies, homemade granola, and desserts such as vegan energy balls and keto bars. Delicious as a topping on salads and roasted vegetables too – lightly roasted with a little sea salt.

  • Organic walnuts, 300 g

Delicious as a snack, with breakfast, in desserts, or on top of salads, dipping sauces and Mediterranean dishes. Also great as the base of muhammara dip with roasted bell pepper.

  • Organic sunflower seeds, 400 g
