JULIE’S TIPS & TRICKS:
• This Mocha Chocolate Mousse stays fresh for at least 3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
• Always taste the chocolate mousse before you serve it. Depending on how ripe the avocados are and what type you’re using, you might need some extra cacao or sweetener.

Tried out the Mocha chocolate mousse yesterday. It was delicious! My guests also liked it very much. I used the "Rice drink Moka" from 'Lima', instaed of the "Coco". The texture is really nice according to my boyfriend, and he specifically liked the crunchy bite of the roasted coco chips and cacao nibs. Thank you very much for this wonderful dessert!
