Cleansing Cucumber Carrot Juice
SERVES: 1 person (1 large glass)
EQUIPMENT: juicer OR blender + nut milk bag / cheesecloth
INGREDIENTS:
2 handfuls of chards
3 large sweet carrots
1 small cucumber
½ small lemon
1 tablespoon of ginger
1/8 teaspoon of turmeric powder
DIRECTIONS:
- Add chards, carrots, cucumber, lemon and ginger to the juicer. Pour into a glass.
- Add the turmeric powder and stir well with a spoon.
